The Situation
Lode Services runs an agency specializing in custom lead magnets. Their process was entirely manual and time-intensive:
- First call: Gather information from the prospect about their business and needs
- Manual build: Team members manually create the customized lead magnet resource
- Second call: Deliver the completed lead magnet and discuss next steps
This two-call process was a major bottleneck. It required significant team time for each lead and made it impossible to scale through paid advertising.
“I had no idea automating this was even possible,” said Kai, the CEO. The idea of delivering custom, personalized lead magnets at scale seemed out of reach.
